The machine tool construction in Samara city has a century-old history. Since the 1920's more than 200 000 lathes were released, and more than 20 000 of them were exported. In the 1990's we created a joint-stock company including Samara Stankozavod and Trading House Stangidromash. The total area of the company building (production line and office center) is about 4 000 m2, and today it is completely modernized and equipped with processing facilities and own transportation system.

Continuing the long-lasting traditions of machine tool manufacturers in Russian Federation, JSC Stangidromash is involved in:

• Production and supply of high precision conventional lathes (model 16Б16П (SAMAT), 16Б16В, 16Б20 (center height up to 200 mm) and CNC lathes (model 16Б16ТM, 16Б20ТМ). The company has certified these models' production. We guarantee our clients on-time delivery and after-sales warranty service.
• Extensive repair and modernization of machine tools. As most of the lathes made in early 80's are still used in various industry areas, their reconstruction and modernization problem becomes crucial. We have gained a broad experience in this field. Our company repairs such lathe models as 16Б16П, 16Б16T1, 16A20Ф3, 16K20T1, 16M30Ф30 and installs new CNC systems (NC201, Siemens) and electric motor drives (Siemens, OMRON). The completely repaired and modernized lathes return to our client in accordance with the acceptance certificate for newly produced lathes, and their guarantee period is set for 12 months (just as for a new lathe)

2. Company Showroom

To develop and implement updated workpiece manufacturing techniques for lathes (including multispindle machining centers made in Germany, Czech Republic, Japan and Taiwan) in Russian manufacturing industry, in 2006 we have opened a new showroom on the company's premises with all necessary support network and qualified staff. It also serves for systematic promotion of new high-performance machine-tool equipment on the Russian market.
